Manx Telecom report positive half year figures

Manx Telecom's half year results for 2015 are in line with the board's expectations.

The telecoms provider has seen revenues increase by 0.8 per cent - to just shy of £40 million - with fixed line, broadband and data revenues jumping by 1.5 per cent.

As expected MT saw its global solutions revenue decline by 25 per cent - it cited the reduction in termination revenue for this.

Chief executive Gary Lamb says investment in 4G technology is already proving fruitful:
