Motorists are facing disruption this morning as emergency work gets underway on a busy road in Douglas.
Manx Utilities says it needs to carry out emergency sewer repairs in Anagh Coar.
As a result, narrow lanes will be in effect at Anagh Coar traffic lights as part of traffic management plans.
They'll be in place from 9.30am until around 4pm, and the organisation says that may mean some delays.
