Yesterday evening an aircraft operating on behalf of Manx2.com experienced a problem with the right hand undercarriage whilst coming into land on the runway at Ronaldsway.
The Jetstream 31 aircraft, operated by Links Air had travelled over from the Leeds Bradford Airport.
All 12 passengers and 2 crew were able to disembark the aircraft safely, with the emergency services on stand by to provide any assistance.
Commenting on the matter, Manx2.com have expressed their thanks to all those who helped during the incident for their professionalism and swift response.
Engineers from Links Air will now be thoroughly investigating the cause of the problem.
