Mephadrone to be Outlawed on Island From February
In this morning’s sitting of Tynwald a definitive decision has been made about legislation of legal high mephedrone.
The DHSS said in this morning’s sitting that come February they’re putting a law through that will make it illegal to import, export, distribute, sell, supply, or possess with a view to selling or supplying plant food.
So far 43 people have been arrested with the offence connected to the use of plant food, one person has been prosecuted for driving under the influence.
