A mixed bag of weather for practice week
With just a few days until the first practice session of TT 2011 we spoke to the MET office to see if the ever-changing weather patterns show any signs of easing.
It’s still too soon to give an accurate forecast for race week but as it stands there will be more uncertainty throughout the practice period.
There will some showers at the start of the week, but these should clear up and make way for some sunnier conditions.
As we move into the latter part of the week however some significant fog and mist conditions are expected.
Their ten-day forecast takes us upto the first day of race week, according to Met Office man Dave Hulse the weather should be fine for that day, although that could all be subject to change.
