A Ramsey MHK will try to force the release of information about a report into the Island's schools, after the education minister was given permission not to answer a question about its cost.
When Tynwald sits later this month, Lawrie Hooper will ask for the Etio report's cost to be released to Tynwald president Laurence Skelly.
And if his motion is backed by the court, Mr Skelly would then also lay the information before the court.
Education minister Daphne Caine was given permission to refuse to reveal how much the validation had cost, arguing it wouldn't be in the public interest.
She later revealed it had cost between £150,000 and £250,000.
