MHK claims 'suspicion is growing' over prom plans

It's time government made a report on plans for revamping Douglas Promenade public.

That's according to Onchan MHK David Quirk - he says the refusal to publish the planning inspector's recommendations is suspicious.

Yesterday the Policy and Reform Minister was questioned on what conclusions the Council of Ministers has come to after receiving the report in January.

Mr Quirk says it shows a lack of transparency in the process:
