Michael Dunlop is heading the TT Supersport entry and targeting the first 130-mile per hour lap in the 600cc class.
Last year, his second race saw him smash both the race and lap records, coming it at a speedy 128.7 miles per hour.
Michael Dunlop made the 600cc class his own 12-months ago by riding his own MD Racing Honda.
Dunlop will be starting the race at number six in the middleweight division and wants to take about 11 seconds off his best lap.
