Key senior appointments for Island healthcare is part of an 'exciting time of change and opportunity' for the sector.
That's according to Health & Social Care Minister, David Ashford MHK, as the government announced this week Kathryn Magson will take over as Interim Chief Executive and John Spicer is taking up the post as Health and Care Transformation Director.
Officials say the duo are both part of creating a 'lasting reform' for Manx health and social care following the independent evaluation of the system by Sir Jonathan Michael earlier this year.
Ms Magson will take over from Angela Murray from January 1 next year whilst Mr Spicer will start his role leading the transformation team in the Cabinet Office this week.
