Minister says DHA is delivering on priorities

That's according to Minister Juan Watterson - who insists that it's making a valuable contribution to the economy. 

 

In the last year, the DHA been working to streamline its estate, boost rehabilitation and is driving improvements to its emergency communications network. 

 

It has made a cost saving of £10.6 million since 2007/2008.
