A member of Tynwald will appear in court again later this month, facing charges he's breached the Island's data protection laws.
Juan Turner and his father David Turner appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes yesterday.
Both deny beaching the Data Protection Act, along with their companies Island FM and Carrick Creative.
Mrs Hughes adjourned the case until February 27.
