More people encouraged to speak Manx

More people are being encouraged to start learning Manx to help keep the language alive.

New beginners' classes are being launched in Ramsey on September 16th.

Teacher Paul Salmon says it's something that's still spoken here on a daily basis:

The classes are designed to be informal with the emphasis on conversational and everyday Manx - however people can go on to take a GCSE or A-Level qualification.
