The Steam Packet Company says a number of its sailings may be disrupted or cancelled over the next two days.
On Wednesday, the Manxman's 8am Douglas to Heysham crossing and 1.30pm return trip are at risk, along with the 7.45pm Douglas to Heysham voyage.
Meanwhile on Thursday, ferry bosses say the 2.15am Heysham to Douglas sailing may be affected as well as the 8.45am Douglas to Heysham trip and return voyage at 2.15pm.
It's as gale force winds are forecast across the Irish Sea.
