A third of one per cent of buildings in the island's capital are on a council blacklist for being in a poor state.
Minutes from the January meeting of the environmental service committee will be discussed when Douglas council meets this week.
They show 51 properties are on the list of properties in a state of dilapidation or disrepair, after seven were removed following work and another seven added.
The local authority says it means just 0.34 per cent of properties are on the list.
