Motorists warned not to fuel crime by buying stolen goods

That's the question being asked by police following a number of fuel thefts - in one recent case 2,500 litres of diesel was siphoned from a truck at a commercial premises in Douglas. 

 

Thieves commonly sell on the stolen fuel however PC Rob Midghall says buying it from anyone other than a legitimate trader can be dangerous:
