Mountain Road to be gritted ahead of frost and ice warning

There’s a risk of frost and ice patches forming on the ground overnight.

The Ronaldsway Met Office has issued another yellow weather warning which is in place from 6pm tonight until 10am tomorrow.

Ground temperatures are expected to fall below zero this evening and during the night.

Mainly higher ground and sheltered valleys will be affected.

The Department of Infrastructure says the Snaefell Mountain Road will be gritted this evening.
