Ramsey commissioners are asking people in campervans to head for campsites rather than park on the seafront.
The local authority says over the weekend it had reports of people emptying waster into drains and over the sea wall onto the beach.
It's reminding people overnight stays in motorhomes and campervans are outlawed under the town byelaws.
It says there's an area for campervans on Mooragh Promenade but spaces are limited - you can buy permits from the Town Hall.
