New plans for an urban quarter have been submitted for Douglas city centre.
Wyyttavin Limited has sent through a planning application for a cinema, retail units, restaurants, leisure facilities and offices, as well as a bus information centre for Lord Street.
The plans, expected to take two years to approve, also include 85 apartments, 91 parking spaces, and five new bus stands.
The company said it wants to create 'an architectural landmark of stature and elegance within a high-quality, sustainable urban setting.'
