"My Business interests on the Island have never been a secret."
That's according to former Chief Minister Howard Quayle following a Freedom of Information Request last year which asked if he had received any financial support for a tourism business he part owns.
In a statement released yesterday, Mr Quayle stated his business interests have never been a secret - including the fact he is one of the owners of a self-catering accommodation - and has been since 2006.
He says 'like many other businesses on Island' - it was hit hard by the closing of our borders - and an application for support was made under the Coronavirus Capacity Scheme.
