The Island's new Attorney General will be sworn in next week - after four years without someone in the permanent role full-time.
John Quinn has been acting AG since 2013, after Stephen Harding was suspended from the job.
Mr Harding retired after being acquitted of perjury and committing acts against public justice in February 2014.
Mr Quinn, past president of the Isle of Man Law Society, will be sworn in at a ceremony next Friday.
