New commissioner needed for Ramsey South Ward

Voters in Ramsey’s south ward will get another chance to visit their ballot stations now that Leonard Singer has vacated his position on the board of Ramsey Town Commissioners.

The pharmacist was voted back into the house of keys last Thursday.

Nominations for the post of Ramsey Town Commissioner must be received no later than Monday October 17th.

There are 2677 people eligible to vote in the south, plans for a poll to be held on November 10th will be activated should more than one candidate come forward.
