Isle of Gelato says it's closing its branch on Bucks Road in Douglas.
But in a video posted to Facebook, the business says it'll open a new store on Main Road in the former Phoenix takeaway building.
Work is underway to refurbish the premises, and the company say it's hoping to open by Christmas.
