12 new homes could be built in Douglas if planning officials give approval.
Developer Hartford Homes has submitted revised plans to construct the properties within the garden of Bix House on Farmhill Lane.
According to the company, if approved, the project will consist of nine four-bedroom homes and three two-bed affordable dwellings.
The organisation adds the design of them will be traditional and will have less visual impact as they'll allow more trees and shrubs to be planted.
