No Brexit discussions taken place with Scandinavian nations, says Chief Minister

The Island has considered building a relationship with the EU similar to the that of Iceland and Norway according to the Chief Minister.

Howard Quayle made the statement in Tynwald yesterday as he responded to a question by MHK Jason Moorhouse.

Mr Moorhouse had originally asked whether Brexit discussions had been held with the two Scandinavian nations.

However, Mr Quayle said no such talks have taken place.
