The Department of Education and Children has stressed there will no further amendments to the revised tuition fee proposals going to Tynwald this month.
There has been uproar since it was first announced that there were plans to make students contribute a minimum of £2,500 annually.
This figure would increase based on the combined earnings of the individual's parents, with the cap set at £100,000.
