The Chief Minister says there is no ‘conspiracy’ over not releasing legal information concerning government’s bail out of the Sefton Group.
Allan Bell says he is not trying to hide anything but has admitted specific advice was not sought before the deal was signed off.
In April last year government loaned the group £1.3 million of public money and entered a land swap deal worth £3.2 million.
