With just a few days remaining of the summer holidays a large number of kids will return to school fitter and healthier following a packed schedule of activities at the NSC over the last six weeks.
It's been reported that a fifth of children in the Isle of Man are overweight.
The sport development team at the National Sports Centre have been working to improve the situation, encouraging young people into healthier lifestyles and regular activities.
