Could a nursery in Douglas be in line to expand its facilities?
A planning proposal has been submitted to change the use of an area at Little Diamonds at Diamond House on Demesne Road from a gym area into a childcare facility for youngsters aged two and over.
Those behind the application say, if approved, the new area would be known as 'Diamond Kidz' and would be an extension of what the nursery already provides.
They add it would provide a mix of spaces that will be managed to accommodate children of varying ages and include a sensory area to assist in the care of children with special needs.
