Bringing an on-demand bus service to Jurby shows a further commitment to investment in the area.
That's according to Infrastructure Minister, Ray Harmer MHK, following the announcement Bus Vannin's ConnectVILLAGES scheme will be rolled out in the town from April.
Letters explaining how the service can be used will be sent to Jurby residents and road shows will be hosted at Jurby Medical Centre on April 1, 4 and 6 to help residents find out more.
The scheme was introduced to Andreas, Bride and Maughold in December last year - with a customer satisfaction rate of 97.7 per cent between January and March.
