Over 4,000 complaints to Post Office in two years

More complaints have been made against the Post Office than any other government department in the last two years.

The figures were revealed by Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas in Tynwald yesterday.

Lawrie Hooper asked how many complaints have been received by each Government department since 2017.

Mr Thomas revealed 4,027 complaints have been lodged against the board - with 939 so far in 2019.

The reasons include mail, retail and stamp and coin complaints.
