Parents have hit out at the Steam Packet Company after a school trip was stranded in the UK last night.
More than 40 year 9 students from QEII High School in Peel were waiting for the Manxman on their way home from a history trip to France and Belgium.
But after the sailing was cancelled, teachers had to arrange accommodation and alternative travel arrangements - the party is now due back this evening.
This angry parent told 3FM the Steam Packet offered very little help:
Local authority homes could be improved
Questions about waiting times for stomach procedures
Planned changes to employment laws to be read in Keys
Peel's up next for Christmas lights!
