'Spooks' movie filmed on Island to be released in May

Pinewood Pictures will release another part Manx-made film in May.

'Spooks: The Greater Good' was filmed here in April and May of last year - when a fleet of local extras joined the cast to shoot in various locations across the Island.

Starring Kit Harington, Jennifer Ehle and Peter Firth, the spy film is based on a popular TV series 'Spooks' - which aired on BBC One from 2002 to 2011.

Hitting cinema screens on May 8th producer Ollie Madden says he's hoping promoters will look at adding an Isle of Man premiere to the list:
