Patients from the Isle of Man who have to travel to the UK for hospital treatment have taken to social media to share their experiences of the new transfer service.
Those undergoing medical treatment, and their travelling companions, are using Facebook to share their feedback after ComCab took over the contract.

Common concerns include the use of black cabs, which force some people to travel backwards on fold down seats, and the fact people are being dropped off some distance from the airport.
