The International Peace Light is set return to the Island once more this Christmas.
It will be accompanied by local Scouts and Guides before the lit flame is then brought to a service next Friday night (December 20) at St Ninians Church.
Island Commissioner for Scouts, Guy Thompson, says the symbols visit has become an important Island-wide event.
2019 is the sixth successive year the peace light will be making its way to Manx shores.
