If you've always dreamed of owning your own club, that ambition may have just got around 25 per cent cheaper.
Peel's Manx Legion Club on Douglas Street closed last March and was put on the market.
The four-storey building with bar areas, service kitchen, snooker room and storage space was originally listed by estate agent Black Grace Cowley at £395,000.
However, at the weekend the company said the asking price has now dropped to £295,000.
