Peel residents will get the chance to express their views on plans for nearly 50 new homes in the town.
Dandara is proposing to build 47 properties on land off Glenfaba Road including a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses.
After consulting and getting feedback from residents, the developer says designs will be finalised before being submitted - should the project be given the green light, the company hopes the first phase of homes would be available for purchase in early 2020.
The public meeting to view and discuss the proposals will be at Peel Town Hall next Monday (September 30) between 3pm and 8pm.
