    Planning submitted for Clagh Vane development

    Proposed development plans

    £8 million could be spent on refurbishing a housing estate in Ballasalla. 

    A planning application has been submitted for 51 public sector houses to be erected in Clagh Vane next summer. 
     
    42 existing homes are set to be demolished - to be replaced by 24 two-bed, nine three-bed and two four-bed properties as well as 16-two bed apartments.
