Progress is being made on establishing the future of Knockaloe Farm:
That's Environment, Food and Agriculture Minister Richard Ronan who told Tynwald yesterday he believes a decision will be made before the end of the current administration.
It's hoped a new retail and activity hub can be created on the site which retains its links to agriculture, education and heritage.
