A poker player from America is suing Manx-based Pokerstars, claiming it's wrongly refusing to pay out more than half a million pounds.
Gordon Vayo says he won the money last May in the company's Spring Championship of Online Poker, but hasn't been paid after it claimed he'd breached its terms of service.
He says Pokerstars accused him of being in America during part of the event, but says he was actually in Canada the entire time.
Mr Vayo's case includes claims for fraud, false advertising, breach of contract and unfair competition.
