Police are appealing for information after an incident between two dogs on Laxey Promenade.
At around 11am on Sunday December 12 it was reported that a small black dog was picked up and slammed back into the ground by a greyhound being walked by a woman.
Officers are looking to speak to the lady and anyone else who was in the area.
