Police are appealing for information after an elderly man’s flat was robbed whilst he was in hospital.
Between the 23rd and the 27th of December, someone entered a Castle Street apartment in Peel.
They stole a small safe containing cash and premium bonds.
Police say this is a deplorable crime at any time of the year, but at Christmas it is especially appalling.
