A local motorist has been caught by police driving the wrong way on the Mountain Road.
Police say ‘Despite the fantastic effort from the Isle of Man Department of Infrastructure with the signage / layout at the Creg ny Baa’ they have had to stop a vehicle driven by a local driver from driving the wrong way up the mountain.
In a post on social media officers say those responsible have been dealt with accordingly and the signage couldn’t be much clearer.
Police have reiterated the road is one way from Barrule Park to the Creg.
The one way system is in place until after the racing fortnight.
