The constabulary has revealed its plan of action to help tackle and prevent cybercrime on Island.
According to police the Cyber Strategy - running until 2023 - has prevention of online threats at the heart of it, and aims to do so by better understanding risks, enhancing authorities' capability to react to threats and working with communities through public and private partnerships.
In a survey earlier this year, of those who responded, 91 per cent of people said they'd received fraudulent e-mails and 21 per cent said they'd had an online account compromised.
The strategy is now available on the Isle of Man Constabulary Facebook page.
