Police seek owner of a bag linked to burglaries

It may seem like an odd question but if you have police want to speak to you - officers found the bag whilst investigating two recent burglaries. 

 

They recovered it last month and say whilst they appreciate it isn't a high value item they want to know if its owner has been the victim of crime.
