What plans does the Chief Minister have to take powers to stop drivers leaving their vehicle engines running without good reason?
Member of Legislative Council, Bill Henderson, will put that question to Howard Quayle MHK when Tynwald meets for its monthly sitting next week.
Mr Henderson also wants to know if there are such plans, will they include a scale of fixed penalties for such behaviours?
His query will be heard when the next session of the court takes place next Tuesday (May 18) from 10.30am in Douglas.
