The plane, which was being operated by Spanish company Flightline BCN, crashed in very poor visibility coming into land on its third attempt.
The report reveals that the aircraft rolled significantly to the left as the aircraft tracked down the runway centre line.
The wingtip then came into contact with the runway; this led the plane to roll rapidly to the right, coming to a stop 25 metres away from the initial impact point, fully inverted.
The propellers on both sides were severely damaged, they’ve now been sent away along with the engines for further testing.
There were12 people onboard the plane, 10 passengers and 2 crew, both crew members were killed, as were 4 passengers.
The Air Accident Investigation Unit who published the report has said the final findings will be published in due course.
