Fishermen who break the law whilst fishing in Manx waters will be brought before the courts.
That's the message from the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture which says the prosecution of a Northern Irish skipper sends out a clear message to others.
At Douglas Courthouse yesterday 54-year-old Christopher Heslip - the skipper of the Highland Queen - was fined £26,000 after admitting unlicensed fishing last year:
