    'Put a jumper on' minister tells civil servants

    Infrastructure Minister Tim Crookall says there's no need to tell civil servants when the heating is turned off or on in government buildings.

    This week in the House of Keys he faced a question from Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse about when the heating is turned on.

    Mr Crookall said most buildings are controlled by a central engineer and the heating comes on when temperatures drop.

    But when Mr Moorhouse asked if staff could be told in advance, Mr Crookall had some advice for civil servants:
