QE2 Teacher Awaits Sentencing For Performing Sexual Acts in Presence of Child
The Former head of English at QE2 High School will be sentenced today in a London Court after pleading guilty to charges of attempting to engage in sexual activity in the presence of a child.
31 year old James John Barefield performed the acts over a webcam to a girl he believed to be 14, she was actually a covert police officer from the Metropolitan Police.
Throughout the proceedings his bail conditions have meant he couldn’t return to the Island, he could potentially face a large number of years behind bars.
