The Quarterbridge will be closed over the next two weekends to allow for the latest stage of the improvement works to be carried out.

The Quarterbridge will be closed over the next two weekends to allow for the latest stage of the improvement works to be carried out.

The road will close from 6am on Saturday and remain shut off to through traffic until midnight on Sunday.

Throughout the weekend pedestrian access will still be maintained.

The upcoming works will see a traffic island introduced and the widening of some lanes.

The area will be closed next weekend also for road surface laying and line painting.
